Count and describe
A “100 roses” label should correspond to the actual rose stems included, not the total decorative elements. Ask about varieties, colours and final size. A generic photograph cannot verify the count.
Plan the handover
Size and weight may require a large container and clear space. Check who will receive the bouquet and how it will be displayed. Preparation time and transport conditions should be included in the seller’s confirmation.
